By installing or using the Asset EduFont Google Workspace Add-on ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Asset EduFont is a Google Slides™ add-on designed to facilitate the application of specific educational fonts within Google Slides™ presentations.
Eligibility: This Service is intended for use by employees and authorized users of our Education Trust.
Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with your school’s Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable local laws.
Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service.
The script, branding, and logic of Asset EduFont are the property of the developers and the Education Trust. No ownership rights are transferred to you through the use of this Service.
The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and functionality, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall the developers or the Trust be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
